1/2 Day Workshop

  

 Half-day mobile wilderness workshops are a relaxed, comprehensive and fun way to take on board core outdoor skills. Each three-hour workshop is based around one of the five priorities of survival and groups will build skills relative to the priority they undertake. Topics include, but are not limited to: 

 

• Navigation - natural and assisted

• Water - procurement, dehydration and keeping cool

• Useful plants - edible, medicinal and how to avoid poisoning

• Fire making - natural, assisted and how to stay warm

• Signals - international distress for land and air

Location

These workshops can be run at most outdoor locations in Victoria and the Northern Territory.

Pricing

 

Half Day - Mobile Wilderness Skills Workshop

• 1-15 students = flat rate of $900

• 15 - 30 students = $57 per student

• 31-45 students = $55 per student

Please note: a travel charge may apply for locations outside the Melbourne metropolitan area.

Important Information​​

• An information kit will be emailed to you upon booking including what to bring and location details

• Participants must sign a waiver prior to course commencement

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The total cost for your group will be for the number of people confirmed by the organiser no later than one week prior to the course date. Full payment must be received no later than one week prior to course date

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made via telephone or email. The following cancellation rules apply:

• More than two weeks before course date = full refund of deposit

• Less than two weeks = deposit not refunded
